3. Unfinished business
   1. 900 ALF open bids

                                                               i.      One Member bid by T. Hooper

1.      Total $855.55, meet minimum bid requirements and the truck was sold. Truck will be sold to T. Hooper and legally documents will be transferred. After the sale the truck will be moved from storage to his home.

2. Mack Model C what do we do?  Ebay, part it out or wholesale. $150 dollars in the truck from the club. Re-advertise as a parts vehicle. Tom- First and Roy seconds it: Advertise the truck in SPAAMFAA and other apparatus websites. 
3. Ford F-750 Tanker: Ebay it out or wholesale it. Continue to sell it.
4. Cheraw, SC Muster: Committee to assist with it. R. Allison, T. Hooker, Terry, R. Bright and R. Bennett

                                                          vii.      Order magnets and Dash Plaques: Need to get someone to get quotes? R. Allison and T. Stafford will take on project and are looking for potential bidders? Will order as soon as they decide on price.

                                                        viii.      Flyer FD and External, create one and email out.  Have registration come back to T. Henshaw via email and postal mail. Then T. Henshaw will notify show committee.

                                                           ix.      Host hotel, maybe Jameson Hotel? Details will follow.

5. Radio purchase. $400 dollars for 6-12 radios, chargers, and batteries. T. Hooker, Make a motion to ask for the radios for free? Second J. Odum.
6. North Carolina Firefighters Convention Parade and Muster. J. Odum, Motion to have muster committee work on this. Passed will help with parade.
7. Spenser, NC Fire truck show: August 28, 2010. Plan on hotel, dinner, and parade send out details. T. Henshaw will collect further details and report back.
8. ATHS Show: Spencer, NC May 15^th
9. South Carolina Firefighters Convention, June 9-12th: Still getting booth specifications for the Lafrance with static show area outside of building. Drauton House could be used for hotel.

New Business

4. SPAAMFAA Winter National Convention in Feb: T. Stafford is headed that way, looking for anyone who would like to make a group trip. R. Bennett is also heading that way for the week. R. Bennett and T. Hooker are both running for Eastern Region Trustee.
5. M. VanPatten reimbursed T. Stafford for Rekindle website, $119 plus cents per year. R. Allision made motion, T. Hooker Seconded the motion. Check will be made to Godaddy.com for the 2010 year.
6. T. Stafford is working to find help with the website updates.
7. Treasurer’s Report:
   1. Dues are due today
   2. Three new member dues added
   3. Page 3 differences because of a $25 dollar deposit.
   4. $118.35 for last month.
   5. Terence dues were paid by club, because he bought lunch last meeting.
   6. The club owes SPAAMFAA Insurance, around $218 for 2010.
8. Approved money to muster committee:
   1. J. Odum makes a motion for $500 to be preapproved for muster expenses. This will ensure the committee has money to work with. Seconded by Herb. Amended original $500 to $400. T. Hooker, seconded by Herb.
9. Approved magnets purchase up to $600. Motion by T. Hooker. Randy seconded it.
10. R. Allision made a motion to close the meeting, T. Hooker seconded.
